You have a 10 minute grace period to arrive to your appointment. This ensures we are getting the most out of your allotted time! If you do not arrive within that time frame and I am not able to service you, your appointment will be cancelled and the card on file will be charged 50% of any services booked.

You have 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to cancel your appointment. If you do not cancel within that time frame, you will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. The fee is 50% of the total service cost. No Call/No Show appointments will not be tolerated, will result in a full service charge, and banned from future bookings.

You may still receive a Brazilian/Bikini Wax if you are on your period as long as you can insert a clean tampon before your scheduled appointment. If you are not comfortable receiving your service, we completely understand, but the cancellation policy will still apply.

I ONLY offer male waxing services (below the belt line) to clients on a referral based ONLY! Meaning, if you are seeking any waxing service that is below the belt time, you HAVE to be referred from a previous waxing professional. As for any other services, you may book on the site as you please.
